Returns and Refunds.

At Forn & Flour, we bake everything fresh with care, creativity, and high-quality ingredients. We want every bite to meet your expectations, and we’re committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly and fairly. Please take a moment to review our policy on refunds and returns:

1. Perishable Products

All of our baked goods are made fresh and are perishable. As such, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

2. Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). Issues may include:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or spoiled product

  • Missing item(s)

We may request photos of the product to assess the issue.

3. Refunds & Resolutions

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit or a Forn & Flour gift voucher

  • A replacement item for pickup or delivery

Refunds are not typically issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Late pickups or missed deliveries due to incorrect information

4. Custom & Celebration Orders

Custom cakes, event desserts, and large orders require advance preparation and often special ingredients.

  • Orders canceled with 72+ hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

  • Orders canceled less than 72 hours before the due date are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

5. Cancellations

  • Standard orders: Eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Custom orders: Must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to preparation costs already incurred.
